Vision

We wanted to write down the vision and make it plain but because it is unlike anything we have encountered before it has been a while comming. We know in our hearts and heads a general picture of what this place would hopefully look and be like but putting that into words is hard.
So here goes:

We have a dream…….
to provide a place where young people can come and seek God,
find His still small voice for their lives,
in a way which is relavent to them,
in a place where God is evident in the surroundings and day to day rhythm of life.

As you can see there is huge scope for flexibility in this.
Practically this will vary from person to person, in some ways it is a bit like a community which is constantly changing and where people can dip in and out of according to thier needs.

We believe God has called us to start this where we are, so have started to try and create a home which can start to meet some of these things. So we have started on this route and hope that visitors are starting to find something of God here. Although this is generally limited to our friends and random people that Rich manages to meet along the way. It is hard to see how a small home in the middle of town stuffed with small children and animals and a matchbox garden overflowing with green things can be a sanctuary, but somehow with God in the picture we trust that it can be.
