If you want to get going on being your own personal life coach and I would recommend it then:
- Start a journal, notebook, whatever you want and jot down thoughts as you go along. In fact draw them, rip out stuff from magazines, etc….
- Identify goals
- Get your life in balance
There are loads of other bits and pieces you can do – analyse relationships, try new things, don’t think about negative, but for me the best thing I can say is get your life in balance.
I have a beautiful wife, 2 amazing daughters and some lovely pets…. I live in a beautiful part of the world. Quite simply I need to enjoy what I have by getting my life in balance.
